Once you find a piece of artwork you would like to purchase, click on the name of artwork in the price list to see a small picture. Above the picture you can see the price of artwork 99 € . Click on the BUY this Painting button above the picture to fill in the easy online purchase form. After receiving your request, I will send you an order confirmation you within 24 hours. To order by phone, call (+420) 233 382 281. After receipt of payment I will mail the artwork to your shipping address. You are guaranteed the authenticity of the original paintings and the fastest service possible along with a money-back guarantee. |
| Payment. All prices include the cost of delivery by FedEx. The shipment will include the stretchers bars if the artwork is acrylic on canvas. If it’s watercolor it will be rolled and packed in a tube. The following payment methods are allowed: wire money transfer to the bank account, cashier's check or western union. I can't accept credit card purchases because of security reason. |
| Shipping. Artwork is shipped directly from my art studio. As soon as we get your payment, I'll send you the painting by Federal Express (FedEx) and e-mail you the tracking number of the package. Handling, shipping and insurance charges for shipments are free. The fast delivery takes 2-3 days to arrive. |
| Returns policy. My policy for return of the artwork provides satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. You shall have the period of ten (10) days in which to determine approval of and satisfaction with the work. If for any reason you decide not to keep a painting, you can notify me and return the artwork. Please call, (+420) 233 382 281. Upon receipt of returned artwork, you will be reimbursed for total purchase price of work minus the return shipping cost. I ask that you return painting in the original packing materials and container provided by me and that you send your return by FedEx, UPS or DHL. |
